We want you to feel the difference with every step, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all STOX Energy Socks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items easily through our online portal.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the socks in their original packaging and ensure they are securely enclosed in a shipping bag or box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
